Certified Healthopia Practitioner is a private professional certification. It attests that a licensed clinician has completed structured training in the Healthopia methodology, passed assessment, and maintains active standing through annual recertification. It is not a medical board certification or a specialty designation.

1. 1.Completion of all modules: 20–30 hours, blended format, over 6–8 weeks, cohort-based.
2. 2.Knowledge assessment with a published passing standard set by the Certification Standards Committee.
3. 3.A faculty-reviewed case application against a published rubric.
4. 4.Participation in a live case discussion.
5. 5.Attestation of an active, unrestricted license and current malpractice coverage.

Annual recertification requires continuing education in the program domains, acknowledgement of protocol updates issued in the preceding year, evidence of active program delivery, and good standing — an unrestricted license, current coverage, and no unresolved compliance findings.

• Misrepresentation of the protocol, the assessment, or the evidence.
• Patient harm arising from misuse of the methodology.

Process: Ethics and Compliance opens a matter and notifies the clinician in writing; the clinician has 14 days to respond; a review panel that excludes anyone in a recruitment or revenue role decides; certification may be suspended during review where there is a safety concern. Decisions are appealable once, to the Board. Revoked and lapsed credentials remain visible in public verification with their status.
