Program

Brain Health

A structured, multidomain lifestyle program for cognitive health, delivered inside the clinician's own practice, on the clinician's own terms.

What the program delivers to a practice

Prepared patients

Patients complete the cognitive tasks and lifestyle assessment before the first visit. The visit begins with interpretation, not data collection.

A clinical protocol with decision support

Published assessment domains, prioritization logic, escalation pathways, and a documented clinician override.

Coaching capacity

Coaches deliver behavior-change support between visits within a defined non-clinical scope, without the practice hiring staff.

A longitudinal dashboard

Domain scores over time, adherence signals, and coach notes, in one view for the clinician.

Directory presence

A listing in the public practitioner directory with the practice's own published pricing and booking link.

Launch kit and community

Patient-facing materials that comply with the claims policy, workflow templates, and a case-discussion community with practitioner faculty.

Workflow and time

Before the visit. The patient completes the assessment and intake. The clinician receives domain scores, flagged domains, and a draft prioritized plan.

Initial visit. Roughly sixty minutes: review of domain results and their limits, targeted history and examination, decisions about further workup, and a plan limited to two or three priorities.

Between visits. The coach works the behavior-change plan within a defined non-clinical scope and escalates anything clinical to the clinician.

Follow-up. Cadence is set by the clinician. The protocol suggests intervals; it does not schedule patients or contact them independently of the practice.

Where patients come from

Patients find certified clinicians at brainhealthinstitute.com, a program of Healthopia Institute. Listings are ordered objectively; there is no featured placement and nothing about position can be purchased.
