For clinicians
A cognitive health service line, built to your standard.
The patients, the protocol, the assessment, and the between-visit coaching are already built. You bring the clinical judgment.

Why practices take this on
Revenue
A cash-pay service line in a category patients already search for.
Differentiation
A verifiable credential that means something to the people checking it.
Capacity
Coaches carry behavior change between visits, so you do not have to hire to deliver it.
Meaning
The preventive, root-cause medicine most of us came into this to practice.

Questions clinicians ask first
Founding cohort
We are certifying a founding cohort in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Montana, New Mexico. Founding affiliates receive founding terms — discounted certification, pricing locked for the term of continuous certification, direct advisory input into the protocol and curriculum, and public recognition as founding affiliates. Founding terms are time-limited and close when the cohort fills.
A founding affiliate commits to completing certification within the cohort schedule, delivering the program in their own practice, maintaining an accurate directory listing, participating in case discussions during the first year, and giving structured feedback on protocol revisions.
