The call covers your practice and patient mix, how the program would sit in your schedule, certification requirements and the cohort calendar, fee structure stated as fixed fees, and what we would need from you to list you in the directory. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.

Read the protocol summary and the evidence and limitations first if you can; the call is more useful when you arrive with objections.
