Fitting a multidomain visit into a real schedule
What the first visit looks like when the assessment is already done, and where the time actually goes.

The structural difference in this program is that the patient arrives assessed. Cognitive tasks, the lifestyle assessment, and the intake are completed before the visit, so the visit does not begin with data collection.
In practice the first visit runs about sixty minutes: a review of domain scores and what they do and do not mean, a targeted history and examination guided by the flagged domains, decisions about further workup, and a prioritized plan limited to two or three domains rather than all of them.
Between visits, the coach handles behavior-change support within a defined non-clinical scope. Anything clinical escalates to the clinician. Follow-up cadence is the clinician's decision; the protocol suggests, it does not schedule.
